Building a luxury resort 70 meters above the ocean on porous limestone cliffs required extraordinary geotechnical solutions. The client's vision demanded unobstructed ocean views from every suite while respecting Bali's sacred temple proximity.
Our team developed a cantilevered structural system anchored 15 meters into the cliff face, allowing 42 suites to hover dramatically over the ocean. Each villa features infinity pools with invisible overflow edges that blend seamlessly with the horizon.
